Jerome began playing guitar and singing at age thirteen (when he got his first 4-track recorder). Growing up in a musical family, Jerome was raised with the concept of writing, recording and performing etched into his mind. As a freshman in high school, Jerome’s youth pastor invited him to join a Christian Rock band called “Echoplex.”  That band evolved into a ska/alt rock group named Nifty Tom 50, who went on to record and release three albums. “NT50″ toured extensively, performing at festivals like Cornerstone, Spirit West Coast, and Day On The Green, alongside prolific acts like The W’s and Switchfoot.

Jerome started as a solo artist with the release of his 2006 EP “Waiting in Line.” After some regional success, including an impressive standing in the Live 105 “NSSN” Battle Of The Bands, Jerome teamed up with James Cross and the kind folks at Eden Records to write, record and release his first LP, “Instructions For Deconstruction”. Aspiring to create authentic -honest music, Jerome’s catalog of songs feature catchy guitar-driven melodies and challenging ideas.  He hopes to express a universal truth which every person has the capacity to understand; even if only on a subconscious level.  Whether in front of a bar, or a church congregation, Jerome Madigan is prepared to engage and involve the audience in his music and vision.
